Over 20 years of experience using advanced 3D and 2D graphics tools and techniques to create designs and working drawings for a diverse group of clients. I have Experience creating and designing drawing sets for residential and commercial new buildings and additions from beginning to end including procuring permits. I have experience working autonomously with other members of the trade including architects, structural engineers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians and county officials. I have trade experience in the past as an electrician, carpenter, and surveyor. My Architecture degrees have taken me in many directions of design and schematics over time including: Facilities Management, 3D Image and Animation Visualizations, Logo Design and Branding, Web Site Development, Marketing Management, Building Design and Working Drawing Creation. I am fluent in 3D & 2D CAD, video and audio creation and editing, raster and vector graphic creation and editing in the following programs: AutoCAD, Revit, Microstation, 3DS Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
